Only One Me, Thank God!

1
or fewer people with my name in the U.S.A. and 4 with Mark's name(and only 822 people have the last name of Sonier). There is 1 Ryan but 2 Amys and 2 Sarahs. My brother shares his name with over 3700 others and my dad shares his with 23,428 but my mom only shares with 6300. Pretty cool huh?

How many have your name?

Now for my freaky hair, which may well be my best feature besides my sparkly eyes and winning smile, lol. These are some bad photographs but...

I do NOTHING to my hair and this is how it looks. The color, a brassy chestnut, is growing off from this past winter, underneath is a dark coffee brown with lots more silver than I remember.

I wash it, sometimes with baking soda, and rinse sometimes with beer or vinegar, brush it and go. Very occasionally I'll straighten it but lately it seems to make me look more wrinkley.

Love love your hair color (came here from Anet)....being a crone now and having to choose a blond color to color the gray, (dark colors fade too quick on me), I can appreciate a mane of chestnut brown.

Lovely.

Awe thanks Anet! Will go see in just a sec!

Sandy, I've got pleeeenty of gray, it just doesn't show up in the photos. The chestnut was actually a cherry red last fall when I did it. I've been lots of different colors in my life but gravitate to the reds. That was the last time I'm ever going to color my hair(at least I think so).

pretty pretty pretty!! I pay to have my hair red (being a natural blond just isn't my thing) and the natural waves you have are amazing...

Gee Molly your hair sounds good enough to eat!lol... I had to stop coloring my hair, store bought products do not cover my grey so I went to a salon and had a bad allergic reaction to the dye. They had to rinse me out in a hurry. It was very scary. Every time I turn around a new allergy! grrrr....
So now with the encouragment of my kids, I'm letting it go! Oh well can't stay young forever!

Sadira, you look like a natural redhead!!! I think I knew you colored your hair but you can't tell by looking!

Anet, I had a bad perm a few years ago, a Christmas present to myself. It broke my hair off at the roots and most of it fell out within a few weeks. I had grown my bangs out below my chin and got a spiral perm, it was soooo pretty(for a day). I had to have my head practically shaved by late January. So, never again will I do perms!! It has always had a wave to it but over the past two years it has really gotten curly!
